Cancellation Policy for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery).

The refund will be made without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods — whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14‑day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for Diminished Value

You must only pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made according to customer specifications
• goods clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer
• goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if their seal was removed after delivery

For your products (Absorbers, NeoFlex, etc.), this section is generally not relevant but legally required.
